This Shipping Policy applies to all orders, shipments and delivery services provided by HUILIAN GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) within Singapore and international cross-border shipments. This policy is formulated in accordance with Singapore Customs regulations, Multimodal Transport Act and local commercial trading standards. By placing an order on our website, you agree to fully accept and comply with the following shipping terms and conditions.
1. Shipping Processing & Handling Time
All orders will be processed and inspected within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends, Singapore public holidays and force majeure periods. The Company conducts strict product inspection, packaging sorting and document declaration before shipment to ensure goods comply with local and cross-border transportation standards.
We reserve the right to postpone shipment moderately due to inventory adjustment, system maintenance, customs temporary control or official regulatory requirements, and will notify customers of updated delivery progress in a timely manner.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Scope
The Company supports domestic delivery within Singapore and compliant cross-border transportation to eligible regions. All cross-border shipments will follow ASEAN Customs Transit System and Singapore import/export control regulations. All overseas parcels are subject to customs inspection, commodity classification verification and official clearance procedures of the destination country or region.
For international orders, customers shall ensure that the ordered goods comply with the import laws, customs policies and prohibited item regulations of the receiving country. The Company will not be liable for delivery failures caused by customers’ non-compliance with local import rules.
3. Shipping Fees & Insurance Rules
Shipping fees, handling fees and logistics insurance fees are calculated according to product size, weight, delivery distance and shipping method. All shipping-related charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, return, exchange and partial refund applications.
Optional shipping insurance is provided for high-value orders. Insured parcels can apply for compensation according to logistics insurance clauses in case of confirmed loss or severe damage during transit. Uninsured orders shall bear relevant logistics risks independently.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is for reference only and is not a legally binding delivery commitment:
– Singapore local delivery: 3–7 working days
– Southeast Asia cross-border delivery: 7–14 working days
– Other international regions: 14–25 working days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance inspection, airline suspension, weather conditions, epidemic prevention control, local logistics suspension and other objective factors. The Company will not provide compensation for reasonable delays caused by uncontrollable logistics factors.
5. Customs, Duties & Tax Responsibilities
For all cross-border shipments, any applicable import duties, customs taxes, clearance fees, processing fees and local administrative charges stipulated by the destination country shall beborne by the customer. The Company will not bear any tariff costs, tax penalties or customs detention losses incurred during import clearance.
If the parcel is detained, returned or destroyed by the destination customs due to prohibited items, unqualified declaration or customer-provided incorrect information, all losses and subsequent logistics costs shall be undertaken by the customer.
6. Shipping Address & Order Modification Rules
Customers shall provide accurate, complete and valid receiving address, contact number and postal code. The Company will not be responsible for delivery failure, wrong delivery or parcel loss caused by incorrect address, invalid contact information or unclaimed parcels.
Address modification requests can only be accepted before shipment. Once the parcel is dispatched and enters the logistics tracking process, no address modification or order information adjustment is supported.
7. Lost, Damaged & Missing Parcel Handling
Customers must check the outer packaging and product integrity in a timely manner after receiving the goods. For confirmed logistics loss, serious transit damage or missing items verified by official courier records, we provide free reshipment or full refund services according to the actual situation, without requiring customers to return the damaged goods.
No claim for loss or damage will be accepted if the customer confirms signing for the parcel without inspection or fails to feedback quality and packaging problems within 48 hours after receipt.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Shipments
We strictly abide by Singapore Customs Act, Strategic Goods (Control) Act and international logistics prohibitory regulations. We refuse to ship illegal goods, controlled commodities, dangerous goods and any items that violate local transportation and customs policies. Once the order involves restricted goods, we have the right to cancel the order, suspend shipment and report to the relevant regulatory authorities as required.
9. Force Majeure Clause
The Company shall not be liable for delivery delay, service suspension, parcel detention or delivery failure caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government policy adjustment, customs emergency control, public health epidemic control, war, strike and other uncontrollable objective factors.
10. Policy Update & Governing Law
HUILIAN GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. reserves the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy at any time to comply with Singapore local laws and business adjustments. The updated terms will take effect immediately after being published on the official website. All shipping services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In case of any dispute, the Singapore local court shall have exclusive non-exclusive jurisdiction.
