Returns & Refunds Policy

At HUILIAN GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD., we strictly adhere to Singapore consumer protection standards and conduct strict quality inspections for all products before dispatch to ensure product quality. If you receive any defective or non-conforming goods, please rest assured that we provide a simple and compliant return, exchange and refund process in accordance with Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

What to Do If You Receive a Defective Product

If you are unsatisfied with your purchased products due to quality defects, please follow the official process below within the valid period:

1. Contact our customer support team via website instant messenger or official email within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods.

2. Provide clear photos or videos that fully display the product quality defects, damage or functional abnormalities.

3. Once our team verifies and confirms the product defect (the verification process is generally completed within 1 working day), we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method or account balance accordingly. For confirmed defective products, no product return is required.

If you are unable to provide valid photos/videos, or the provided materials cannot prove product quality defects, you must return the item in its original unused condition to apply for a refund or exchange. All return shipping fees incurred in this situation shall be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation & Return for Non-Quality Issues

Order cancellation is only permittedbefore product shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For returns or exchanges initiated due to personal preference, size mismatch or other non-quality reasons, the customer shall bear all return shipping fees and reshipment fees.

All return and exchange applications for non-quality issues must be submitted within 30 calendar days of goods receipt, and will not be accepted upon expiry.

You are eligible for a no-return full refund in the following special scenarios:

– The courier confirms package loss or in-transit damage;

– We deliver incorrect products, wrong sizes or wrong customized printed items.

Non-Returnable Conditions

All returned products must be kept in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, labels and complete packaging intact.

We reserve the right to reject returns for the following items:

– Products that have been worn, used, damaged, washed, or with removed tags and packaging;

– Items marked with non-returnable symbols;

– Free gifts, complimentary items and promotional giveaways.

Refund Processing Rules

We will process your verified refund application within 7 local business days after formal confirmation. Refunds will be credited to your original payment account. Credit card and debit card refunds may require an additional3–7 business days for bank system processing, which is subject to the financial institution’s settlement rules.

Shipping fees, insurance fees and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

In compliance with Singapore consumer regulations, customers retain the right to apply for a full or partial refund within 14 days from the date of product or service purchase for eligible disputes.

Important Return Reminder (Singapore Standard)

Do not return goods directly to the sender address printed on the package, as it is not our official designated return warehouse address.

Before initiating any return or exchange application, please contact our official customer support team to obtain the latest valid Singapore return address. Only returns shipped to the address provided by our support team will be accepted and processed. Returns sent to invalid addresses will not be acknowledged or refunded.
